Day Centres for Older People
Stockton Borough Council manages three day centres for older people of the borough:
- Halcyon Centre - Thornaby
The centre is open Monday to Friday - 9am to 4pm
The centre offers older people the opportunity to socialise with others, participate in many activities and receive help with special care needs.
Attendance at the centres is dependent on a Social Work Assessment, including a financial assessment, so that the most appropriate service can be provided.
