Mobility scooters

Mobility Scooters are very popular. We are keen to ensure that the safety of scooter users and other road or pavement users is being addressed. We have produced a handy mobility scooter guide to help you get the best from your scooter and to show you the safest way to use it.

A special Scoot Safe event was organised in August 2010 to help you even further. You can download the accompanying manual at the bottom of this page.  Contact Independent.Living@stockton.gov.uk for further information.

Carers Information Packs

An information pack is now available for carers.  It is full of helpful advice about practical and financial issues.

For more information or to request your pack, please contact Elaine Lamb on 01642 528460 or email elaine.lamb@stockton.gov.uk.
