Fairer charging for non residential services

All Councils have had to follow Government guidance about the way they charge people for services which they receive to help them stay at home.

Everyone who receives Non-Residential services can now have a financial assessment to see what they can afford to pay.

These services include things like home care and day-sitting. Some people will pay less; some more and most will pay nothing at all.

A Client Financial Services Officer will be in touch with you to arrange for them to come out to see you and help you complete the form.
