In person: The reception to 16 Church Road is now closed but you can access our services through the Customer Contact Centre within Stockton Library. 

The Opening Hours for the Customer Contact Centre as follows:

Monday -Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Saturday 9.30am - 12.30pm

 

Out of Hours

We do not provide an out of hours service for most areas of Environmental Health although certain emergency situations will be dealt with in accordance with the Council's emergency incident plan.   Any enquiries should be made via the Community Security Service on telephone number 01642 528438 (24 hour service).

However, we can takes reports for stray dogs outside office hours by telephoning 01642 618946 or should you wish to report an urgent noise matter outside office hours please telephone 01642 528034 to refer your complaint to the out of hours noise service.  

 

Peer Challenge

In February 2010 the department took part in a Peer Challenge review which is part of a national programme to challenge how well services are performing and to help them identify improvements.  The report of the outcome of this process can be downloaded by clicking on the link below .
