Applying to hold an event

There are several parks in Stockton, Thornaby and Billingham that are available to hold events.

The booking of these parks for events is co-ordinated through the Countryside and Greenspace team.

If you wish to hold an event in one of our parks please download the application form, complete and return it to the Countryside and Greenspace team.

Information about trading regulations as well as terms and conditions documents are included.

The completion of the booking form does not guarantee that your request is granted, all applications are subject to consultation with the management group where upon, subject to the nature of the event, a final decision will be made.
