Harewood Pleasure Gardens
Working with The Groundwork Trust and funded by Impetus Environmental Trust the regeneration of Harewood Pleasure Gardens in Thornaby is now complete.
Work has included the reinstatement of all the footpaths on the site, new street furniture (seating, bins etc.) has been installed, the boundary railings along Acklam Road have been repaired, the area around the cenotaph has been upgraded and tree and vegetation works have been taken place.
These developments were made in response to comments made by local residents 18 months ago. What we would like to know now is what you think of the changes - you can tell us by visiting the greenstat website and completing an online questionnaire by following the link: www.greenstat.org.uk.
