Public Toilets

The Council has responsibility for the cleansing of 7 public toilets which are situated in the following areas:

• Billingham Town Centre
• Thornaby Town Centre
• Stockton High Street
• Norton High Street
• Yarm High Street
• Preston Park
• Ropner Park

They are cleaned at regular intervals during the course of the day and are open to the public from 8.00am - 5.00pm from Monday to Saturday, apart from Ropner Park and Preston Park which are open on a Sunday. Due to problems with Anti-Social Behaviour, vandalism and graffiti we are no longer able to open the remaining 4 facilities on a Sunday.
