What you can expect from us |

- We will provide you with regular cleansing services, including a weekly refuse collection services, fortnightly recycling collection your street will be litter picked every week (if any litter is evident when we visit).
- Our staff have been trained in customer care and should act in a professional manner at all times.
- If you use any of our services and require a written response, we will send you a full reply within 10 working days.
- Our Care for Your Area Team will answer the telephone giving their name and stating the area of the Council they work for.
- If we need to call/e-mail you back with further information, we will ensure that we do it.
- We will log any request that you make on our computer system and will provide you with a unique reference number, which you can then use to track your issue.
- If you make a formal complaint about any area of our services, we will ensure that you receive a full written response which will outline the course of action taken as well as what we intend to do to make sure it does not happen again.
