Accident Reporting At Work

If you are an employer, self-employed or in control of work premises you will have duties under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995. RIDDOR requires you to report some work-related injuries, diseases and dangerous occurrences. It applies to all work activities.

We investigate reported accidents or dangerous occurrences at work co-operating with the Police and other emergency services as necessary
