Stockton Customer Services Centre

The Stockton Customer Services Centre provides an integrated first point of contact where queries will be dealt with by highly trained staff. This means that the Borough's residents can now call into one central point at Stockton Central Library rather than visiting a number of different offices.





 

Billingham Customer Services Centre

The regeneration of Billingham has received a huge boost with the news that the town is to have a new library and customer service centre.

As part of its budget commitment for the coming year, agreed last night, Stockton Council has allocated funding to develop the new facility, to be modelled on similar successful centres already opened in Thornaby and Stockton.
