An offensive incident is any incident which a person feels is the result of hate or prejudice, based on gender, race, religion, disability, age or sexual orientation.
Stockton Council and its partners take all forms of offensive incident against residents, visitors and employees seriously, no matter how minor they may appear. Left unreported the offenders are free to commit similar offences again. Being subject to minor incidents over a period of time can have a damaging effect upon peoples lives and health.
You can report any type of offensive incident or hate crime, including damage, assault, verbal abuse and harassment even if you do not want us to take any further action.
