Care Call specialises in providing carefully tailored packages of care adapted to the individual's needs. Services include bathing, lifting, preparation for bed etc.following a rigorous assessment of the client's requirements. Care Call works closely with all statutory agencies, from whom referrals are received. Standards of performance are monitored by the Commision for Social Care Inspectorate (CSCI) and regular inspections are conducted. Performance reports are published on CSCI's web site.
