How can get training to improve my voluntary working in a youth club or project?
Contact the Senior Youth Officer team on (01642) 527972 or fax (01642) 397369 or using the e-mail address given in "Who to Contact" for a chat about applying to youth work training by Stockton Youth Service.
How do I make a complaint against a youth centre or project?
The process for dealing with complaints is:

1. Your first point of contact will be the staff at the club of project you or your child has used. If you wish to make a formal complaint you should ask the staff for a compliments and complaints form and leaflets. You should fill in the form and either hand it in to the staff at the club or project or send it to the address on the leaflet.

2. Should your complaint remain unresolved you should contact
