PUBLIC ACCESS GUIDANCE NOTES

The quickest and easiest way to view Public Access is via the home page of our web site by selecting "Planning Do It Online" found under the header "Read All About It"; by clicking on this it will reveal online planning.  Click Online Planning - Public Access will now be displayed.  The blue menu bar at the side of the screen will give you various options to select.

APPLICATION SEARCH - allows you to search on a particular application number, type of application, applications by ward etc., and dates received/registered.  You can also search on more than one criterion i.e. (decision and ward between dates)

PROPERTY SEARCH - allows you to search on address.  If you are searching by street name - click in the street name box  (it will be highlighted yellow) enter the first letter of the address, this will take you to the beginning of a list of all address starting with the letter entered.  The more of the address that is input the better the result.  Scroll through the list and select the street required and you either view the details or map.

WEEKLY LIST - allows you to view applications registered and determined and view details

SPECIAL INTERESTS - allows you to view applications that have been identified as applications that may be considered controversial rather than those in a conservation area, listed buildings etc.,  Todate no applications have been identified as special interests.

VIEW MAP  - allows you to view maps, zoom in etc.,

MY SUBMISSIONS - for the use of applicant/agent to see how their applications are progressing who will need to register to use the system.

ONLINE SUBMISSION - to submit applications.

A user help facility is available when viewing Public Access however if you need assistance please do not hesitate to contact Jean Ward on 01642 526069.
