IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Please note that as from the 6th April 2008 Planning Fees will rise. These changes have been illustrated within the Adobe PDF download container at the bottom of this page.

Application Fees differ, depending the nature and type of application. Some are free. A rough guide to the fees for some common types of application is presented here as follows:

Type of Application

Householder Application (single dwelling):- £150
Change of Use:- £335
Other types of Planning Application:- See PDF below
Advertisements - on business premises:- £95
Advertisements - other:- £335
Conservation Area or Listed Building:- Free
Tree Felling & Pruning (protected trees):- Free
High Hedges:- £350
Exemption for people receiving income support , pensioners and registered disabled.
