New PPS12 and Regulations In June, a new PPS12 (Planning Policy Statement 12: Local Spatial Planning) and amendments to the 2004 regulations were published. You can view the new PPS12 and regulations by going to our Local Development Framework page. Consultation We keep a database of individuals and organisations who want to be kept informed about the progress of documents and when we are consulting.
