How do I make an application?
Domestic dwellings: A Full Application or a Building Notice application is required
Other buildings: A Full Application will only be accepted if the building is not subject to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005

Application forms are also available from Stockton Central Library (Customer Call Centre) located on Church Road, Stockton or alternatively, we can send one out to you via Royal Mail
The completed forms, drawings and appropriate fee can be submitted in person with the Customer call centre at Stockton central library or via Royal Mail
