Mortgages with the Council (Housing Advances)

Housing Advance administration is undertaken within the System Development and Income Unit (SDI Unit), Resources Service Group, and is based at Kingsway House, Billingham.

The Unit maintains a relatively small mortgage portfolio of 60 council houses and flats as at 31 March 2007.
