Final Notice - Council Tax

If we send you a Council Tax Final Notice it will advise you that you have now lost the right to pay the current years charge by instalments.

As long as you pay the balance of the years Council Tax within seven days we will not take any more action against you. If you do not pay the balance within seven days the Council will issue a Summons (incurring you costs of £57.00) and, if the amount is still not paid together with the Summons costs, will apply to the Magistrates Court for a Liability Order for the full amount outstanding (further costs of £17.00 will also be applied to your account).
