Discounts

If only one adult lives in a property a discount of 25% can be given.There are alos certain people who are not counted for council tax purposes.

If two adults live in a property and one is not counted a 25% discount will also be given. If there are more than 2 adults that are not counted (eg full time students) then a 50% discount will be given.
