As a result of what you said we have:
- Appointed a dedicated training officer to ensure training is provided in a consistent manner to reduce the risk of error in administering accounts
- Extended the opening hours of the divisions helpline number 01642 397108.
- Reviewed and improved stationery issued by the department.
