Opening Hours

Telephone Enquiries: Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 6.00pm,  Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm,  Saturday 09.30am to 12.30pm

Personal Visits: Kingsway House, Billingham, Stockton Customer Services Centre and Thornaby Customer Services Centre opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm.  Stockton and Thornaby Customer Services Centres also open on Saturdays between the hours of 09.30am to 12.30pm.

Our Payment Offices at Billingham Town Centre Housing Office, Thornaby Central Library and Stockton Central Library are open Monday to Friday between the hours 9.00am to 4.00pm, with the offices at Stockton and Thornaby opening at 8.30am on a Monday.
