Bailiff Action

If your outstanding account has been passed to a Bailiff Company for collection this means that a bailiff will visit you at your business premises or home because:

• a Liability Order has been granted against you at Teesside Magistrates Court in respect of your business rates account and;
• you have either not paid the debt in full or are not adhereing to an agreed repayment plan made with a member of our staff.
