Payment Arrangements

The instalments shown on your bill are due on or before the 1st day of each month.

If you receive a Reminder Notice or Final Notice for late payment and you cannot pay what is due we can make an arrangement with you. However we will take steps to ‘protect’ the agreement. This will involve us making an application to the Teesside Magistrates for a Liability Order, for the full amount of the debt plus costs.

Providing any arrangement that we agree with you is adhered to however no further action will be taken in respect of the Liability Order.

To help ensure that the payment arrangement you make is affordable you can provide us with details of your income and outgoings and any special circumstances that you consider relevant.
