Telephone Enquiries: Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9:30am to 12:30pm
Personal Visits: Kingsway House, Billingham, Stockton Customer Services Centre and Thornaby Customer Services Centre opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Stockton and Thornaby Customer Services Centres also open on Saturdays between the hours of 9:30am to 12:30pm.
Our Payment Offices at Billingham Town Centre Housing Office, Thornaby Central Library and Stockton Central Library are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm, with the offices at Stockton and Thornaby opening at 8:30am on a Monday.
