Help with appeals about benefit decisions and advice on benefit entitlement. Free to access service so no referral needed. A telephone advice service is available from 9.30am-3.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.30am-12.30pm on Fridays. The number for this service is 01642 607445. There is also a debt advice line on 01642 359999
