Children's Trust Board

The Children's Trust Board, through its members will work in collaboration to strategically oversee the implementation of the Children Act 2004 and its legal requirements.

The Children's Trust Board will co-ordinate, plan, commission and deliver services based on local need for children and young people to enable achievement of the Outcomes Framework of Every Child Matters (ECM):

• Be Healthy
• Stay Safe
• Enjoy and Achieve
• Make a Positive Contribution
• Achieve Economic Well-being

The Children's Trust Board will report formally to SBC Cabinet and is linked to Renaissance, the Local Strategic Partnership as a themed partnership group.
