Stockton Business Centre
Stockton Business Centre is owned and operated by
Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council as an integral part of it's business
support services.
It provides small starter offices and workshops for new small businesses
and those looking for their first commercial premises.
This managed workspace facility has 100 units and is operated as part
of the Council's services in support of new business creation. Centrally
located just east of Stockton town centre, the benefits of the Centre
include easy-in easy-out terms, secure premises, on-site management and
business support (the Centre acts as a Local Access point for Business
Link) and access to an IT Resource Unit with technical support.
A number of notable business successes have emerged from the Centre since
its establishment. Clients occupy the premises on flexible terms with just
4 weeks' notice required, and have access to the Centre's meeting rooms,
multi-media facility, and leased-line broadband.
