When you submit data to us we will only hold any information you send us for as long as necessary. If you wish to do this please complete a Subject Access Request Form (available at the bottom of this page) and send the completed form together with the £10 fee (made payable to Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council) to D. E. Bond, Director of Law and Democracy, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 1LD. We will respond within forty days.
We try to keep the information we have about you accurate and up to date. However, if you find errors or inaccuracies in your data we will erase, complete or amend that information upon request.
